Cetuximab is an antineoplastic agent, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor. It may be used for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer and cancer of the head and neck, but may also be used for EGFR-positive non-small cell lung cancer and certain types of skin cancer.
