Stiripentol is an international drug used for refractory generalized tonic-clonic seizures in conjunction with clobazam and valproic acid in patients with severe myoclonic epilepsy in infancy (Dravet's syndrome) who's seizures are not adequately controlled with clobazam and valproic acid alone.
