Ultrase® MT 20, a brand name for pancrelipase, contains 20,000 u of lipase, 65,000 u of protease and 65,000 u of amylase. It is used for replacement therapy in symptomatic treatment of malabsorption syndrome caused by pancreatic insufficiency. It is also used for occluded feeding tubes.
