What is Carbamazepine?

Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant used to treat partial and mixed seizure patterns, generalized tonic-clonic seizures and trigeminal neuralgia. It may also be used to treat resistant schizophrenia, alcohol withdrawal, restless leg syndrome and post traumatic stress disorder.
