What is testicular hydrocele?
A hydrocele is a fluid-filled sac surrounding a testicle that can result in swelling of the scrotum, the loose skin underneath the penis. They are most common in newborns, but can occur through childhood and adulthood. It is usually not harmful and most likely will not cause pain.
