What is social withdrawal?
Social withdrawal is the pervasive avoidance of social contact or communication. It can contribute toward, or be the result of, many emotional, behavioural and physical disorders (anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders, addictions, substance abuse, violence and overall disease).
