What is mood swings?
Mood swings refer to sudden, exaggerated changes in an individual's long-lasting emotional state. Mood swings may lead to sudden outbursts of anger and aggressive behavior in reaction to relatively minor irritation. Some people also become very "high" or "manic", with a euphoric mood.
