What is jugular vein stenosis?
Stenosis is an abnormal narrowing in a blood vessel or other tubular organ or structure. The jugular veins are veins that bring deoxygenated blood from the head back to the heart. There are external and internal jugular veins as well as an anterior jugular vein.
