ANCA-associated vasculitides are diseases caused by vasculitis in which antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCAs) can be detected in the blood. The disorders are characterized by necrotizing inflammation of small and medium size vessels, with little or no immune-complex deposits in vessels.
