Adenoiditis

What is adenoiditis?

Adenoids are glands located in the back of the mouth, and behind the nose. Similar to the tonsils, these glands can also get enlarged and inflamed, this is called adenoiditis. Symptoms of adenoiditis are pain, nasal stuffiness, and difficulty breathing.
