To connect health-focused creators like you with an engaged audience and a variety of opportunities around the topics that matter to you.
At PLM, we believe in the power of community to improve the lived experience of patients managing complex health conditions. Our purpose is to create a trusted digital platform that empowers patients to navigate their health journeys together through peer support, personalized health insights, tailored digital health services, and patient-friendly clinical education.
Our Values
Today, PatientsLikeMe is one of the world’s largest patient community and digital health management platforms. Its growing community of more than 850,000 members with over 2,800 conditions share personal stories and information about their health, symptoms, and treatments, with a goal to improve the lives of all patients through knowledge derived from shared real-world experiences and outcomes.

Our Process
The application process is simple. Fill out this form to the best of your ability. Don’t be shy! In this application, you will find questions about you and what makes you want to share your story and experience. What makes you passionate? What do you want to tell others?
We are looking for creators from a variety of different backgrounds, including patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and health professionals like physical trainers or dieticians.
And don’t worry if you don’t have many followers yet! We’re looking for all kinds of people, from those who are just starting out to those who have been creating for a while.
