A malignant triton sarcoma is a rare peripheral nerve tumor with skeletal muscular (rhabdomyosarcomatous) elements along with nerve sheath cells (Schwannoma cells). The tumor presents as an enlarged firm palpable mass in a variety of locations including the trunk and extremities.
