What is Lofgren syndrome?
Löfgren's syndrome is a benign form of acute sarcoidosis. It involves a group of conditions: hilar lymphadenopathy (enlargement of mediastinal lymph nodes), erythema nodosum (inflammation of the fat cells under the skin), arthritis or arthralgias (joint pain), and fever.
